Blue UAS "On-Ramp" effort will monitor the onboarding of commercial sUAS, making it easier for DoD customers to acquire them stress free.
DIU-Vetted Drones
Every drone has undergone cyber security assessments, received an Authority to Operate from DIU, and undergone a FY20 Section 848 NDAA compliance check, ensuring that each one meets rigorous security and compliance standards.
This program includes 5 lines of effort to maintain a policy approved roster of commercial UAS that can meet the diverse needs of DoD users.
Once a UAS is approved and passes the Blue UAS On-Ramp evaluation, it is exempt from frequent policy renewals by the DoD.
